About Henry Hautau

Henry Hautau offers over 25 years of finance and real estate experience, along more than 30 years as a resident of San Francisco and Marin counties. Henry's deep local knowledge of the real estate market, his genuine concern for client's needs, strong negotiation skills honed from years of business experience, integrity, and a true love of the area in which he lives and works are all important factors when deciding upon a Realtor®. A graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, Henry's background includes years as a successful institutional bond salesman in San Francisco's financial district. Here he developed and maintained strong, long-standing relationships with both large and small clients. Licensed as a real estate agent since 2007, Henry's entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and amiable demeanor are at the heart of what he has to offer his Marin and Sonoma Real Estate clients. 

Henry's extensive working background in capital markets, in real estate and his intimate knowledge of Marin and Sonoma, offer his client's a unique advantage. Whether adeptly handling a sensitive contract negotiation, appropriately addressing a financing issue, or offering relevant insight in to a particular neighborhood, Henry puts honesty and hard work before all else.

Married with three children, Henry is active in coaching youth sports and being a great dad to his kids. Henry and his family make their home in Novato.
