Henry simply is an excellent broker. Not only does he know his market and provide excellent counsel, but he is extremely diligent, trustworthy, responsive, and reliable. I will explain below. From the beginning, we felt he was an excellent advisor. We were considering renting out the home instead of selling it. Even though that would not have generated a commission for him, we felt he worked very hard to help us explore that option, including arranging appointments with rental agents. So immediately we trusted that he had our best interests in mind. When we chose to sell, we thought his advice regarding the timing, pricing, and even staging was very well thought-out. And for every piece of advice, he laid out his rationale, along with examples, so we could have an active dialogue about the issue. Our sale involved a relocation company, which meant that the process was different than a typical sale, and required a tremendous amount of coordination, documentation, and follow-up. Henry was on top of every aspect of this, and anticipated roadblocks or delays so they could be mitigated. Finally, and most importantly, in the midst of this complicated sale, we lost our buyer! Henry was convinced that the original sale price was the right price, but that, in order to generate interest, we should reduce the price. We were very reluctant, but again, he explained his thinking, provided examples, and we agreed. The new price did in fact, generate significant interest, and we wound up accepting an offer at the original price. It was the way he handled losing the buyer that really cemented my opinion of Henry as a broker. It was a very uncomfortable position to be in, but we truly felt that we had a highly competent and committed partner to guide us through the process. I really can't say enough about this guy.
